Think You Need A Tummy Tuck?

My recent blog on the 10-Minute Tummy Tuck garnered a great deal of commentary. While I would like to think it's because it was so well-written (wink, wink), I know it's truly because there are many people out there who are dissatisfied with the appearance of their abdomen. They are looking for ways, specifically easy, simple, or non-invasive ways to tighten that tummy. While a reasonable diet and exercise will go along way, there are some unfortunate people for whom all the strict dieting and exercise in the world will not eliminate sagging or loose skin. To get rid of this skin, a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is necessary.

Exposure to pollution and extreme weather conditions are bad for many reasons. It can cause problems with breathing, exacerbate allergies, contaminate food and water supplies, etc. But did you know that pollution and extreme weather can worsen skin damage from the sun?
